Most login problems with Mijn Inburgering come down to DigiD: an expired app link, a wrong password, or a text message code you never received. This is usually fixable yourself via digid.nl; if not, contact the DigiD helpdesk.

DigiD app not working

Check that you have an up-to-date version of the DigiD app and that your phone is connected to the internet. Still not working? Then you can reactivate the app via digid.nl.

No text message code received

Check whether the phone number registered with your DigiD is still correct. You can change this via digid.nl. Just changed your number? It can sometimes take a while before it's active.

Forgotten username or password

On digid.nl you can request your username and reset your password.
